WOGI Token Loyalty Program Guidelines

1. Introduction

The WOGI Token Loyalty Program is designed to reward users for engaging with the WOGI app, a platform celebrating global cuisines. WOGI tokens are digital reward points managed by World Gastronomy Network Kft. and/or American National Dishes LLC within the app, not cryptocurrencies, and are used exclusively for in-app benefits.

 

2. Earning WOGI Tokens

Users can earn WOGI tokens through the following activities:

  • Registration: 20 WOGI tokens upon account creation and verification.

  • App Referral: 50 WOGI tokens per successful referral (referred user signs up and verifies).

  • Recipe Upload: 10 WOGI tokens per approved recipe (meets quality guidelines).

  • Social Activities:

    • 1 WOGI token per like on user-generated content.

    • 1 WOGI token per share of content to social platforms.

 

3. Token Usage

  • WOGI tokens can be redeemed for in-app benefits, including:

    • Discounts on premium features (e.g., masterclass videos).

    • Access to exclusive events (e.g., virtual cooking classes).

    • Unlocking special content (e.g., unique recipes).

  • Tokens have no monetary value, cannot be transferred, and are non-redeemable for cash.

  • Available benefits are listed in the WOGI app and may change based on program updates.

 

4. Token Restrictions

  • Expiration: Tokens expire 12 months from issuance unless otherwise specified.

  • Non-Transferable: Tokens are tied to the user’s account and cannot be transferred to other users or platforms.

  • Program Changes: World Gastronomy Network Kft. and American National Dishes LLC may modify token earning rates, redemption options, or program rules with 30 days’ notice via www.wogi.pro/loyalty.

  • Termination: If a user’s account is terminated, all earned tokens are forfeited.

 

5. Security and Management

  • WOGI tokens are stored securely in a centralized database managed by World Gastronomy Network Kft. and/or American National Dishes LLC, using industry-standard encryption and access controls.

  • Users are responsible for securing their account credentials to prevent unauthorized token use.

  • World Gastronomy Network Kft. and American National Dishes LLC are not liable for token loss due to user error or unauthorized access.

 

6. Compliance

  • The WOGI Token Loyalty Program complies with Hungarian consumer protection laws (Act CLV of 1997), GDPR, and U.S. consumer protection and data protection regulations (e.g., CCPA where applicable).
